4 meetings lasting 4 astronomical hours
Dates: 06.10 | 13.10. | 20.10. | 27.10. from 14.00 to 18.00
Venue: 26 Iskar St., Sofia in Studio Varsano
About the course:
The course is aimed at people with some experience – amateur or professional – in photography. The main focus of the course is building and improving the individual style of each of the participants. The seven meetings are practically oriented to the needs and interest of the course participants within the themes: studio portraiture, outdoor or location portraiture, group portraiture, reportage photography and photo storytelling. Composition and working with light are part of every subject. The important elements of the technical side of photography will be presented through working with studio and photographic equipment, as well as post-production of photographs.
As a photographer who has shot analog and digital for an equal amount of time, I think it’s important not to develop consumerism in the way we shoot. Anyone can now take a good looking photo with their phone. What is important to me is what we photograph, not what technique we use to do it or how we can transform it into processing programs.
